The Easiest Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have been making these cookies for years and years now. I love to try new things, try new desserts but I will always keep coming back to these cookies. Often it’s the only dessert I will make for shabbos. It is the easiest, dump everything in a bowl, mix and shape kind of recipe. I make a triple batch so I can always replenish my cookie jar.

When Shaping the cookies, if I  use my hands, the cookies tend to get bigger and bigger! I like to use the Oxo cookie scoop it keeps all my cookies perfectly uniform. I happen to love this one. It washes well and withstands little hands when they are helping me in the kitchen

You can easily play around with the Chocolate Chips, swap them out for raisins, or chopped nuts or add them all!

I don’t suggest using whole wheat flour. This recipe was tested specifically for these cookies. I do have a healthier version of these cookies, link here xxx

If you want a one pan easy kind of thing (we all have those days when even simply shaping cookies is a huge task! Make these delicious blondies link here xxx

When baking any kind of cookie I like to use real cookie sheets, for years and years I used disposable cookie sheets until I got a set of cookie sheets as a gift from my mother n law. GAME CHANGER! The cookies bake so much better! However, if you don’t have real cookie sheets. Go ahead make these on disposable. They will come out fine.
