Refreshing Strawberry-Lime “Mocktail”

Perfect for the Purim seudah, summer shalosh seudos, or any time you need a refreshing pick-me-up, this strawberry-lime mocktail is fun and fruity!

In the summertime, fruity drinks like this strawberry-lime mocktail are all the rage! I love to serve them on those long summer Shabbos afternoons or as a dessert after a backyard barbecue. I also serve it at my Purim seudah every year, so the women and kids also have something fun to drink — without the alcohol!

This is best served cold, but the good news is if you add in the strawberries still frozen, they keep the drink ice-cold for a long time!

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a pitcher (I prefer a nice, clear pitcher, so you can see the pretty colors of the drink). Gently mix to combine.

Notes

Variations: Add sliced lemons, oranges, kiwis, peaches, or watermelon. Any fresh fruit works!
