Creamy Avocado Toast with Feta and Lime
This avocado toast is just what you were looking for in a light, healthy meal!

This not really a true recipe, but sometimes when you’re looking for something healthy, satisfying and delicious for lunch or even a light supper, you just need some inspo!
The flavor mixture of the creamy avocado, savory feta cheese, and zesty onion and lime in this avocado toast is just so perfect. You can feel free to add or swap any of your favorite vegetables, and if you don’t have lime juice, you can use lemon juice instead.
You can serve the avocado mixture on toasted sourdough or whole wheat bread, in a wrap, or “nacho style” on whole-grain tortilla chips. Whichever way you eat it, it will be a creamy flavor bomb!

Creamy Avocado Toast with Feta and Lime
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 10 cherry tomatoes, diced
- ⅛ red onion, finely diced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp lime juice*
- 2 slices toasted bread**
- Microgreens, for garnish
Instructions
- Place avocado, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese and lime juice in a bowl. Gently toss everything together.
- Place on top of toasted bread and serve immediately.
Notes
**This can also be eaten in a wrap or with tortilla chips.
