Not-From-A-Can Baked Salmon Burgers
Fresh and tasty, these oven-baked salmon burgers are made from real fish and the perfect lighter-than-beef burgers!

These are not your average fish patties! They are a delicious treat full of flavor, because the fish doesn’t come from a can — I use real salmon here. These are perfect for dinner during the Nine Days or anytime you want something a little lighter than your standard beef burger.
You can grill these salmon burgers on the stovetop in a grill pan and you’ll get those black grill marks, but I actually find they cook best in the oven on a REAL cookie sheet. If you’re a frequent visitor here, you’re probably sick of me saying this by now, but it really makes a difference. I love serving these salmon burgers on pretzel buns, but if you really want go all out, you can make your own homemade rolls!
Make my oven-baked fries as a perfect side dish with these salmon burgers.
