Amazing Pesach Chocolate Chip Sticks
Ingredients
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup potato starch
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13 with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Press into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Slice while warm.
